In the wake of the pandemic, we started conversations throughout the Meta Bay Area campuses, to spark reimagination of what the future workplace would look like once it was safe for us all to gather again. Representing the Instagram team in Meta’s Future of Work (FoW) program, 3 stories of their Social HQ were tranformed to welcome back teams to a post-pandemic workplace that was like nothing anyone had seen before pre-pandemic. The goals were to foster creativity, joy, and inclusiveness, and we did just that.
